What Makes Colorado CDL Testing Different from Texas
Colorado has a simpler knowledge testing structure than Texas. There is no Colorado-specific test that must be taken first — General Knowledge is your first test. Key Colorado-specific facts:
- No Special Requirements test — Unlike Texas, Colorado does not require a state-specific test before General Knowledge. You start directly with the General Knowledge test.
