Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

FastLessonHub ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website located at https://fastlessonhub.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to it. By using our website, you agree to the terms described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect two types of information:

We do not require you to create an account to use our practice tests. We do not collect your name, address, phone number, or payment information during normal use of the site.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

We do not sell your information to third parties. If we ever display advertising on this site (for example, through Google AdSense), any use of cookies or your data for ad personalization only happens if you consent to it through our cookie banner — declining keeps advertising, where present, non-personalized.

3. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect and analyze information about how visitors use our website. This data is transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States.

Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google.

You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

4. Cookies and Your Consent Choices

Our website uses cookies — small text files stored on your device — for two purposes: measuring how visitors use the site (via Google Analytics) and, where advertising is present, ad delivery and personalization. Analytics and advertising cookies are non-essential and only activate based on the choice you make in the cookie banner shown on your first visit.

Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads on this site based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet.

When you accept cookies, Google Analytics (and any advertising service we use, such as Google AdSense) is permitted to use cookies for measurement and, where applicable, ad personalization. When you decline, those cookies remain inactive — any advertising you see, if present, will be non-personalized rather than tailored to you, and detailed analytics tracking is disabled.

You can opt out of personalized advertising in several ways:

You can change your cookie choice on this site at any time by clearing your browser's site data for fastlessonhub.com, which will show the cookie banner again on your next visit. You can also control cookies directly through your browser settings. Disabling cookies will not prevent you from using any feature of FastLessonHub, including all practice tests and guides.

For more on how Google uses data from sites that use its services, see Google's Business Data Responsibility page.

5. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to external websites, including official state DMV/DDS/DPS and CDL manual resources for the states we cover. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those external sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.

6. Children's Privacy

FastLessonHub is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of any information transmitted to or stored on our site.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have specific rights regarding your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at the address below.

If you are in the European Economic Area, UK, or Switzerland: you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, restrict or object to certain processing, and request a copy of your data in a portable format. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

If you are a California resident: you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of that information, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA — we do not sell your data for money, but our use of advertising and analytics cookies (see Section 4) may meet the law's broader definition of "sharing," which you can opt out of using the tools listed in Section 4. We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, since no common industry standard for interpreting them exists yet.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
