Only an examiner listed on the FMCSA National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners can perform this exam. The Illinois Secretary of State only accepts medical certification completed by an FMCSA-certified examiner.
Illinois' Proof of Legal Presence Requirement
Since July 1, 2015, Illinois has required Proof of Legal Presence documentation for all CDL applicants and holders, including anyone conducting skills/drive testing who hasn't already provided this information.
