Third-Party Testing
Some Pennsylvania CDL training schools are approved third-party testers, meaning you may be able to complete both training and skills testing at the same location. Confirm directly with your chosen school whether they offer this option.
Your Own Vehicle Requirement
Regardless of which testing path you choose, you must bring your own registered, insured vehicle appropriate for the class of CDL you're seeking. Neither PennDOT nor third-party testers provide a vehicle.
